MEDUSA

The Great Story Of Our Culinary Journey

At the heart of our dining concept are the balance and harmony of all core elements. Measured combinations of salty, hot, sour and sweet notes in the taste of dishes and appetizers. Orientalism, warm and cold materials, cosy lighting and living plants in the interior design. A perfect blend of attentiveness, helpfulness and friendliness for the impeccable service.

So what is the best way to start your acquaintance with the Medusa cuisine?

Come for breakfast and order dorayaki – famous Japanese fluffy pancakes that we serve with lime cream and salted caramel. Then again, búhti with fresh berries, honey, yoghurt, black cherry jam, coconut sauce and mango puree are also heavenly great.

When ordering from the main menu, be sure to try the kimchi soup made with tofu, wakame seaweed and cherry tomatoes cooked in tuna broth and served with green onions and sesame seeds, or salmon kushiyaki – grilled fish skewers, or noodles with the Jajang sauce made from beef and black beans.

For the dessert consider indulging in a famous Thai treat – mango sticky rice accompanied with slightly sweetened americano coffee. We are confident that this unusual combination will forever captivate you.

Medusa’s coffees are worth a separate praise. Having set up our own green coffee beans roaster, we fully control the quality, saturation, taste and aromatic subtleties of our coffees, be it espresso, latte or flat white.

Amazing experience at the Medusa restaurant! The ramen was rich and flavorful, the salmon sashimi incredibly fresh and tasty, and the California rolls were perfect. The service was outstanding—friendly and attentive waitresses.

The dishes are very delicious! The cocktails offer completely unexpected flavor combinations—special thanks to the creator! You can feel that everything is made with love, from the cozy atmosphere and decor to the quality of the food.

Honestly probably one of the most interestingly decorated places in Burgas. The food menu is decently sized with various offerings obviously inspired by popular East Asian cuisine and the drinks menu is huge and has many unique offerings. All the dishes we tried were delicious and beautifully presented. It's worth a visit!
